Knowing your score means nothing unless you are willing to do the work necessary to become more alkaline. This isn’t an all or nothing program. This program is meant to compliment homeopathic, naturopathic, and necessary medical intervention. Sometimes it takes everything you can think of to save yourself or to just feel like you again.
The first step is to eliminate all of the obvious offenders and get you on track for healing. Next eat only densely nutritious foods that will strengthen and help gently cleanse acid from your tissues. Only your body has the ability to heal you. By using pH strips the same way we would use a thermometer, we get answers. Taking your temperature will not heal you, but it will show you something needs correction. A thermometer will show fluctuations in body temperature; period. But what does that mean? It could mean you have a life threatening fever, an infection, thyroid issues, weakened adrenals or help if you are trying to get pregnant, letting you know whether or not you are ovulating. That simple tool can tell a doctor volumes about the state of your health. Using pH strips can do the same thing. Visible proof that some food and beverage choices may need to be changed. Need to lose some weight? Did you know that weight loss is the byproduct of a pH balanced healthy lifestyle. Fat is our body’s way of protecting us from too much acid. We don’t need to diet to loose weight. Simply by becoming alkaline we give our body permission to naturally shed the no-longer-needed fat. Alkalizing and allowing oxygen into every cell is the best weight loss program around. People are always amazed at how much I eat and never gain weight. You don’t need to starve to be thin. Fat doesn’t make people fat... sugary overly processed foods, it's the high acid load that make people fat. Even health food store, organically produced foods may not give you the results you desire. If your choices are all from the acid-forming list, no amount of organic food is going to make a difference in balancing body systems. Please allow me to help. We all have cancer cells living in our body. The question is what’s the trigger that causes them to grow out of control in some people and not others? You might say, oh he smoked for 20 years or he was at the gym everyday working out or she drank heavily or she really had a sweet tooth or he only ate meat and potatoes... these are all acid-forming activities. In the words of Ben Franklin, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. For me that translates into tracking pH levels and adjusting lifestyle choices accordingly. It’s much easier staying healthy than getting healthy, but both are possible.
